Vision: a world where leading is an everyday practice.
We imagine a world where leadership is not a label reserved for a few, but a shared skill—practiced, exercised, and nurtured by everyone.
We want leadership to break away from power and begin to connect with purpose, empathy, action, service, and positive transformation. We envision schools, companies, communities, and governments where leading means listening, serving, and growing together.
At For Everyone, we work to turn that vision into reality—democratizing leadership and making it a part of everyday life for millions of people.
Our History
For Everyone was born from a powerful question:
What if anyone could develop their leadership skills, regardless of their background or role?
After two decades of leading teams, driving strategic projects, and guiding organizational transformation processes, I came to a simple but essential realization:

“Leadership doesn’t live in job titles. It lives in conversations, in decisions, and most of all, in the commitment we have to ourselves and to others.”
This initiative started as a personal project, but it always carried a collective vision:
To create a space where learning to lead could be simple, meaningful, and accessible.
Today, For Everyone is the result of that journey—and the starting point for many more to come.
About the founder
Gerardo Javier Hernández Zavala
Founder of For Everyone
“Leadership is not a title, it’s a daily practice, a way of life.”.
For more than 20 years, he has led teams, business strategies, and transformation processes in multinational companies, driving results with a people-centered approach.
In addition to his experience in the corporate world, he has dedicated years to training young people and professionals as a university professor, facilitator, and mentor in associations such as Selider and Be México.
Gerardo Hernández founded For Everyone with the conviction that leadership must cease to be a privilege and become a universal tool.
His purpose is clear: to help thousands of people discover that they can lead if they focus on learning.
Our inspiration
Our inspiration comes from many sources, but it stems from a single conviction: everyone can lead.
For Everyone is inspired by leaders who transformed the world not because of their position, but because of their ability to connect, serve, and pave the way..
We are inspired by the strategic principles of Sun Tzu,
the humanistic vision of Mary Parker Follett,
the practical clarity of Peter Drucker,
the emotional intelligence of Daniel Goleman,
the vulnerability as a strength of Brené Brown,
the purposeful leadership of Simon Sinek,
the accessible pedagogy of John Maxwell,
and the quiet mastery of high-performance teams of Phil Jackson.

We are also inspired by unwritten stories: the people who lead from the classroom, from the street, from home. Those who support, listen, decide, and build without applause.
Because authentic leadership doesn’t begin with power… It begins with intention.
Philosophy
Leadership is a practice. Not a privilege.
At For Everyone, we believe that leadership is not an innate quality, nor a set of abstract theories. It is a skill that is practiced, discussed, and lived.
Our philosophy is based on three simple beliefs:

Everyone can lead
No matter the role, context, or origin. Leadership begins with the will to positively influence.

Leadership is action, not speech
It is built on everyday life: how you listen, how you decide, how you serve, and how you grow.

No one leads alone
Real leadership is practiced with others, strengthened in community, and based on genuine relationships.
That’s why our programs don’t focus on titles or ideal models.
They focus on real people, with real backgrounds, who want to lead with purpose.
Methodology
Learn to lead by doing. Not by memorizing.
At For Everyone, we design experiences that transform.
Our methodology is based on an essential idea: leadership isn’t taught, it’s activated.
That’s why we created the A.C.T.I.V.A. model, a practical, flexible, and participant-centered methodology. It is designed to help each person discover, strengthen, and exercise their own leadership, regardless of their starting point.
What does

stand for?
Each letter represents a principle that guides our learning experiences:
- Autoknowledge: ll leadership begins within.
- Connection: leading is listening, understanding, and empathizing.
- Take decisions: clarity, focus, and accountability.
- Inspiration and purpose: what moves you moves others.
- Ventures and collaboration: no one leads alone.
- Action: leadership is demonstrated in what you do, not what you say.
Our programs are designed to be:
Participatory (learning is done as a community)
Actionable (each session leaves something concrete to be implemented)
Flexible (adaptable to different environments: businesses, schools, communities)
We don’t train leadership experts. We train people who lead from where they are.
